Hi there, you are a little worried and a little more stressed about something which has happened to you in recent days, right? So, this article can help you analyze your actual problem first and I guess it will also lead you to a possible applicable solution for the problem. So let's start step by step-
First, just take a DEEP BREATH and close your eyes for a while, I know it is the silliest thing anyone could suggest even in movies they do that but, it really works. Done? Now take one more deep breath and again close your eyes to figure out what is that incidence which is bothering you so much that you are continuously thinking about. Got that? No!
Okay, let's try this one. Take note of all the bad situations you have gone through as far as you can go and write them all down onto a paper. I hope you are writing many things down, do not skip any of them write them all because you never know the smallest prick can cause a bigger sore and can be grown into a tumor undiagnosed.
The second step is a SMILE. As now you know the actual reason for your suffering, right? So smile and give it a dramatic look. Start treating it the way you would treat some math problem. Think about the problem now. Is it some person? Is it someplace? Is that your boss? Is that your last semester result? Is that your last breakup? Is that your broken leg? Is that the dripping roof of your house? Is that your annoying neighbor? Is this the news about the depleting environment? Is this the non-functional elevator of your building? Is this your relative who always talks about you getting married? Or is that the failure of your last project? Is it your chronic disease? Wait, have I missed your problem here? The third step is CLASSIFY YOU PROBLEM. If it is a person who serves as a source of a problem in your life try to avoid that person. If it is someplace where you feel suffocated or unwanted stop going there. If it is your boss, then you cannot avoid him I know, but speak to your boss about the thing which bothers you be it about his tone or the way he treats you or whether it is the credit which you deserve from him, ask for it. You have all the rights to restore peace of mind while working for your boss because he is paying you not for free but for your work so he should know that his behavior is bothering you and affecting your work efficiency. If it is your last semester then you should start studying and stop worrying. If it is your last breakup, ooh, it really hurts but sees we have to move on sooner or later but if you will take a longer time to move on then it will only damage you longer not giving you any relief or any chance to be there again. You will be robbed of your friends and family too if you will continue with this behavior. Go places, meet your friends, sit with your family. They will surely help you out and forget your agony of losing one of your loved ones. If it is your broken leg that bothers you then my dear wait for it to get healed, it is a bone and bones require time to rebuild and function properly. If it is your dripping roof then stand up and repair it now, do not overthink just stand up find anything you have which can seal it, and just do it. If it is about the environment, worrying won't help it. Just do your part and tell the people not to waste the resources and chill. You know this is a natural phenomenon, nature will heal itself. All you can do is to make people aware as much as you can and do not ponder over it. If it is about your society's out of order elevator then you should scream about it but not in your room, just go to the secretory and let him know about the issue so that it can be repaired, if he is not listening to you then you can spend some money on it to get repaired, do it, it will help you calm down.
If they are your relatives, then my God you have to make a proper plan. Write a full-fledged speech and narrate it to them so that they can get the point that you are not ready for marriage and they should stop their unnecessary concern of you getting married. If it is your last project fall down then see the loops in it and start working on it one more time. You must have heard about the Harry Potter being rejected by 999 publishers, right? If not then go and see the story of Harry Potter's writer. If it is your chronic disease which is bothering you then smile once, I know the disease cannot be undone or treated with just words, even sometimes diseases cannot be treated by doctors too but what we can do about it right? Just try to keep pace with it, have faith in medicines and the prayers of your near ones and have proper sleep and be happy with every new sun you see and every full moon you have witnessed. Fourth step is to keep your MIND OUT OF PROBLEM, stop thinking about it and start treating it as a situation of life not as a lifetime trophy.
Dear reader I know we all have some problem in life which no one can understand or can help us but look around we have some blessings too. Count onto the good things we have.
